Binary package hint: tendra

The -time option errs out on tendracc. e.g. "tendracc -time hello.c"
returns:

tcc: Error: Can't execute '/bin/time'.
builtin/remove /var/tmp/tccZWV9r7

The time program is actually in /usr/bin/time, not /bin/time.
