[Bug 406509] [NEW] saods9 package shows wrong dependencies

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: saods9

After installing with apt-get, the main executable 'ds9' will not work.
It shows an error message on a Tcl/Tk dependency. Some internal check
requires 8.5, but some other one requires 8.4, and it won't work even
with both installed. According to DS9 doc, it might need a custom Tcl/Tk
build, but I don't know. Anyway, the binary just does not work.
