[Bug 406735] [NEW] Installing WidgetFactory doesnt add a launcher to Applications menu

Binary package hint: thewidgetfactory

After installing widget factory , the user has to use the terminal to
start using "twf" , which a new user will only get to know after
googling for the answer.

A menu item in the Applications menu >Systemtools/Graphics would be
ideal.
