Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

I have noticed that in FF 3.5 that my memory cache never gets used.

I have a large Memory Cache and a low Disk Cache so things basically run
faster in browsing sessions and I don't use disk space. In FF 3.0.12
with the same settings I can see the Memory Cache fill up (as expected),
if 3.5.1 it basically stays at 0 entries/data.
