[Bug 406854] [NEW] unpaper german description has typo "Wekzeug"

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unpaper

The first sentense in the description says in german "Wekzeug zum
Nachbearbeiten von eingescannten Seiten", but it should be "Werkzeug zum
Nachbearbeiten von eingescannten Seiten".

In the later description "Werkzeug" is spelled correctly.
