Public bug reported:
Ubuntu release: 9.04 amd64
libmtp version: 0.3.0-1ubuntu3
When running "sudo mtp-detect" on my Ubuntu Jaunty amd64, the following
happens:
libmtp version: 0.3.0
Listing raw device(s)
Device 0 (VID=0781 and PID=7434) is UNKNOWN.
Please report this VID/PID and the device model to the libmtp development team
Found 1 device(s):
0781:7434 @ bus 0, dev 21
Attempting to connect device(s)
PTP: Opening session
[1] 11178 segmentation fault sudo mtp-detect
Looks like this model of Sansa Clip is a bit new and doesn't work OK
when using MTP mode. It works perfectly using MSC mode.
