[Bug 383000] [NEW] Empathy does not show new messages for Google Talk

Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy is not displaying new messages for my Google Talk account. I
have both Pidgin and Empathy running simultaneously, and while Pidgin is
receiving new messages, Empathy acts as though nothing is going on. Even
with Empathy running solo, it will not receive new Google Talk messages.
