This is a simple fix to resolve the wx dependency problem (2.6 vs. 2.8)
where the application itself queries for version 2.8 before importing
the module.

Please consider an SRU for jaunty (which has wx version 2.8 as a
standard). The problem with spe arises when a user has both version 2.6
and 2.8 installed; in such a case python will choose wx version 2.6
(because of a packaging error in wxwidgets, see bug #379573).

The SRU we propose is  0.8.4.h-1ubuntu1 (karmic) ->
0.8.4.h-1ubuntu1~jaunty1
