Please sync vala 0.7.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Our only change was to add dbus-x11 as a build dependency
to fix LP bug 374151. This dependency was added to 0.7.3-1
and build passes all 27 tests.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.7.2-1ubuntu1:

vala (0.7.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    + Added dbus-x11 dependency to pass all tests (Closes: #528561).
  * New Upstream Version
