[Bug 383827] [NEW] can't print at brother HL2040 network printer

Public bug reported:

I've downloaded with apt-get install for all related packages for my brother HL2040 printer:
root at ted-laptop:/usr/share/cups/model# dpkg -l |grep -i brother

But I can't print on the network printer at all, even though I can view this printer online via the browser (Please see the attached screen shot).
Here is the debug info from the printer troubleshoot in the attached file printer_issue.txt

Please help. I can use this printer on my window's computer. I've also
enabled sharing in the printer's settings. Please see the attached
screen shots.

Not sure what else I should do.
