[Bug 374626] Re: Please sync proftpd-dfsg (1.3.2-3) from Debian unstable

Sync request ACKed as proftpd-basic has currently unmet deps due to the
libcap1 -> libcap2 transition. With this sync it can at least be
installable on i386, amd64 (and probably other archs too) again.
