[Bug 387856] [NEW] reboot on eucalyptus cloud instance not working

Public bug reported:

When rebooting (shutdown -r now), the instance stops working. Here are
the last lines in the console.log:

$ tail -f /var/lib/eucalyptus/instances/admin/i-39330799/console.log
