[Bug 391161] [NEW] Can't remove education-physics

I'm using Ubuntu8.04.One day I find an interesting package on synaptic
named "education-physics",I think it's a physics  simulation soft.But
the trouble comes since then...

I can't uninstall it.And,I can't add/remove ANY package!

it's a fixed bug,but i can't install the newer version.
