[Bug 393418] [NEW] mcpu is implied by march for every version of gcc still available

Binary package hint: pentium-builder

Pentium-builder still uses -mcpu, which is deprecated since gcc 3.4.x
Since this is the oldest version still in the jaunty or karmic package pool, the -mcpu option and the accompanying spew of deprecation warnings can be removed.
