[Bug 337532] [NEW] Gnome panels, windows, and desktop icons fail to start, only wallpaper and mouse initialize on login

Whenever I log in to my computer, the Gnome Panels, windows, icons, sounds, applications, and desktop icons fail to load! Only the desktop wallpaper and cursor are visible on the screen.
Why does it fail like that?
