[Bug 180044] Re: notebook-gtk2 appears to do nothing

It is reproducible on 9.04 with 2.6.28-8-generic kernel and all updates as of 7-Mar-2009. 
I created an empty document called notes.xml and still got errors. 
It claims to need signal handlers.
