[Bug 344189] Re: Bad encoding for po/el.po file - should be utf-8

Attached a DEBDIFF patch to fix the issue with the po/el.po file.
Note: It's archived in .tar.gz because it contains malformed character set data. I've tested it, the debdiff and the .dpatch file can be applied successfully.
