This bug was fixed in the package synfigstudio - 0.61.08-1ubuntu1

synfigstudio (0.61.08-1ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Changed the canvas version back to 0.1 in images/logo.sif (patch extracted
    from svn, r1866). Direct source modification as debian already did changes
    in source (LP: #336583)
