Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: migration-assistant
Migration-assistant found my user accounts on Vista, and defaults, if I
select the names, to copy music, pictures, and documents.
The problem I've run into, that may apply only to my RAID set up on my
Asus P6T motherboard, is that when those document files exceed the
available disk space, Ubuntu doesn't prompt me, and just fills up the
drive anyways.
This causes many problems because Ubuntu can't run properly when the
/home disk space is full. I had to re-install several times before I
figured out that this is what the problem was.
There should at least be a prompt to let me know that the files *cannot*
copy without more disk space.
** Affects: migration-assistant (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
