Nicolò, il pacchetto di amsn che stai cercando di installare non è nei repository ufficiali, probabilmente il tuo /etc/apt/sources.list è stato modificato inserendo dei repo non sicuri e che possono generare errori di questo tipo.
La soluzione è nel cancellare dall'/etc/apt/sources.list tutti i repository non ufficiali e rifare l'upgrade.

repository, please check your /etc/apt/sources.list and clean it from
not official repositories, then perform the upgrade.
