[Bug 370448] [NEW] Can not stop a running program in monodevelop

OpenSUSE 11.0 + Mono 2.0 + MonoDevelop 2.0:
When I hit the button "stop current build or application execution" the application does not stop at times. So I have to leave again and run MonoDevelop.
