[Bug 370596] [NEW] [Jaunty] Deluge Fails to Start

Binary package hint: deluge

Deluge fails to start on Jaunty; both the official repository package
and the package from the PPA are affected. Clearing Deluge's config
directory does not help. Here's the error:
