Hi, it sounds like this bug is very similar to this one:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17856.  Since you said the
program works on other computers with Wine installed, that leads me to
think it's a driver bug.  Could you tell me what kind of video hardware
you have and what graphics drivers you're using?

It would also help if you could confirm that those other machines
weren't running a later version of Wine (or that it's still broken on
the latest Wine).  Thank you!
