[Bug 370994] [NEW] more info for the users needed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: drupal6

After the install script (6.10-1 in Jaunty) finished, there is some missing info for the users:
- the webserver has to be restarted: sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
- the start link for Drupal is: http://localhost/drupal6/install.php

Please provide these info somewhere around the last lines of the install
script outputs.

Otherwise even Drupal has nicely installed, the user might be lost.
