Compiz was purposefully disabled on systems with your video card as
indicated in bug 363821.  This was due to crashes with compiz for your
hardware found in bug 359392.  However, a fix or workaround has been
found for this particular issue and should be available in an updated
package shortly.  Thanks!  I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of bug
363821.
