Please, sync python-apptools (3.2.0-1) from Debian Unstable (main).

Ubuntu Changes are:
  - enthought/preferences/scoped_preferences.py: add patch from Gael Varoquaux to avoid
    depreciation warnings raised due to usage of Sets module.
      - It is fixed in a new upstream version.
