I found the file that is causing the problem. Its a file that didn't
show up in the search for files named http. Its
/usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5/tcl8/http-2.7.2.tm . Running dpkg -S
/usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5/tcl8/http-2.7.2.tm says its from the tcl8.5
package...
