Something changed with the following changelog entry

feedparser (4.1-13ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low

However looking at it nothing jumps out at me.  I didn't post full
changelog entry but i would guess its due to the following line in
debian/rules however i am not all that familar with python:

python ./setup.py install --prefix $(PREFIX) --no-compile
$(py_setup_install_args)
