Public bug reported:

─:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description:	Ubuntu 9.04
Release:	9.04

amd64 upgrade from 8.10

After completly uninstalling compiz and deleting all compiz directories I could find, then reinstalling compiz…
see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/371973

Compiz would not start, except by running script "compiz-start.sh"

Both screens were reported composited and awn runs on both.

Screen 0 appears to function normally.

Screen 1 now has 2 instead of four workspaces. Opening CompizConfig
SettingManager on screen 1 causes it to open on screen 9. Rotate cube
via mouse on screen 1 causes it to rotate on screen 0.

Settng the screen numbee in CompizConfig SettingManager appears to have
no effect.

Desktop wall does not work in screen 1

Gnome panel workspace switcher shows 2 workspaces in bottom panel and 4 workspaces in right panel on screen 1.
see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129152

On shutdown, screen 0 shows garbage on monitor.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
