Public bug reported:

When Elisa is scanning my photo library, it gets stuck at about 55% (for
days, eventually hanging my computer). I looked in the process list and
found a zillion (actually maybe 200 or more) processes which looked like
the following:

/usr/bin/python /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-
packages/elisa/plugins/amp/slave.py
elisa.plugins.gstreamer.amp_slave.run_slave unix:/tmp/elisa-metadata-
tbx63z.socket Slave-72

I have jpg photos mixed up with .cr2 (Adobe's raw photo format) in my
folders, but there are no incredible amounts of photos.

I run Ubuntu jaunty with the latest updates as of today (May 6, 2009).

** Affects: elisa (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
