That's okay. We will leave the bug closed for now, and then you can
reopen it by setting the status to "New" when/if you have the required
information. Note the first paragraph on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing. If this works, there are not so
many steps required. It will file a new bug report by default, but that
should be okay. Just link to it from here (and mention this bug in the
new report).
