    - debian/rules, debian/nzb.desktop, debian/nzb.xpm
      - provide a desktop file and icon

  * New upstream release.
  * Changed maintainer email address.
  * Updated to Debian Policy v3.8.1.0, no changes needed.
  * Removed libssl-dev dependency.
  * Handle nostrip build option (closes: #437657)
  * Added menu file.
