Please move dh-ocaml  to main.

Description: helper tools for maintaining OCaml-related Debian packages
Package contents:
 - a perl script
 - cdbs files
 - documentation

1. Availability: the package build successfully in universe
2. Rationale: ocaml 3.11.0-5 (main) build-depends on it
4. Quality assurance:
 - no bugs in Ubuntu (it's a new package)
 - one "important" bug in Debian (about packing policy) and some "normal" bugs
6. Standards compliance: the package is lintian clean
7. Dependencies: no extra run-time dependencies, build-depends are all in main
8. Maintenance: it's maintained by "Debian OCaml Maintainers"
