[Bug 373195] [NEW] Kolab webadmin part broken - kolabconf failed to start

I backported kolab packages from Jaunty and apt-get -f install the other
dependencies needed in Hardy server, then bootstrap kolab, login to web-
admin, created and deleted users without any problem. However the
following errors appear in the syslog when changes are made under
"Settings".

: Y Error: Unable to authenticate with Cyrus admin interface, Error = `'
: SD Error: Failed to run kolabconf: -1

It looks like some conf files from /etc/kolab/templates are not being
fetched to replace the package-default configs after the installation.
Even after hand-config postfix, cyrus and saslauth, kolabd still fail to
trigger kolabconf when changes under "Setting" are made, with the same
error in syslog.

An attempt to install kolabd and kolab-webadmin from the hardy repo on a
fresh hardy installation shows the same problem with kolabconf.
