Driver is used differently depending on whether compiz is on or off
(basically compiz puts all windows into textures and renders those as 3D
so it's very much possible that the 3D parts of the driver is broken but
that the 2D parts works). However, if anyone can repro this on a machine
that doesn't have an nvidia graphics card then I absolutely think it
should be marked as a compiz only bug.
