[Bug 373405] [NEW] Wrong Greek encoding option for subtitles

Binary package hint: vlc

I use the latest version 1.00~pre2 from Kow PPA. For the subtitles there are 2 options for greek:
iso8859-7 and win1256.

Win1256 is Arabic the right one for Greek is win-1253.
