Ubuntu deltas were:

pymtp (0.0.4-1ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Replace libmtp7 with libmtp8 (LP: #262336).

this single change was merged into debian in version 0.0.4-1.1, now
debian package depends on libmtp8 as well.

  * Non-maintainer upload, for unblocking the libmtp7 -> libmtp8
    transition (closes: #521726), with approval of the package maintainer
