 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 255
Errors were encountered while processing:

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

the debconf showed up before the Response not accpted error, took a
while ( 2-3mins ) for it to timeout the tunnel brokers list.

Should this really exit with status 255? You can configure it
afterwards.
