[Bug 374271] [NEW] Adblock Plus on Hardy no longer blocking ads

I am running Ubuntu 8.04.2, updated today.  Firefox is version 3.0.10.
Adblock-Plus version is as per the one out of your repositories.
Currently 0.7.5.4.

I am using the EasyList rules as offered by the application.

Today, I have found that some of the ads are not being blocked correctly
- as thet had been doing a couple of weeks ago.  Also, when I go into
the Preferences page on Adblocker, it is suggesting that a later version
of Adblocker is required - 1.0.1 - in order to work correctly.

I am using a preinstalled Lenovo r61i, so I would prefer to stay on LTS
to LTS, as my vendor has supplied my laptop to me.  Are there plans to
upgrade the version of Adblocker Plus to the current version... on 8.04?
