Hi,

There are two concerns I have with this patch.

Firstly, it moves it from only supporting things like sysv-rc to
only supporting upstart. Can it be made to detect what to do
when installed? Then we wouldn't have to potentially carry
this change for ever.

The second is the postinst. I'm not sure that it should always
try and start whenever it is run. I realise that the code was
already like that, but it may be a problem. The postinst
gets called in many different situations, is trying to start
the right thing to do in all of them?
