Sorry its in C++, I tried to get it as close to the program I'm writing
as possible.
Compiled with `g++ test.cc -lxdg-basedir`

If I call xdgGetCacheHome, and pass that plus my app name to
- xdgMakePath, it will fail. I doubt this is the expected behavior,
