[Bug 376382] [NEW] msynctool hangs whith assertion failed

Binary package hint: multisync0.90

After upgrading to Ubuntu 9.04 I tried to sync my T-Mobile MDA Vario IV
with Evolution. But after starting, msynctool just hangs and does
nothing. I get the following error:

$ msynctool --sync pdasync
Synchronizing group "pdasync" 
The previous synchronization was unclean. Slow-syncing

In the process list it shows like this:
