[Bug 376450] [NEW] Poppler-Ruby bindings have missing package dependency

Binary package hint: libpoppler-glib-ruby

The libpoppler-glib-ruby package has a dependency on libpoppler-glib3
but that package is not included in Jaunty; the new libpoppler-glib4
should be used instead.
