Could this be some new encryption technique?  I only ask because Windows
doesn't seem to like it either.

If I run DVD Decrypter it throws the following error:

ParseVTSM Runtime Exception!

File: VTS_06_0.IFO

And I can't play it in Windows Media player on two Windows Vista
Machines
