Your diff includes changes that are not mentioned in debian/changelog.
For instance, you remove the Uploaders and XS-DM-Upload-Allowed fields.
You also are using an old Debian maintainer as your XSBC-Original-
Maintainer. Also, in version 3.0.0-1, they removed debian/control.in, so
there is no need to list that in your changelog. Finally, you have 'mpi-
default-bin [!lpia]' in your Build-Depends (you are adding the [!lpia]
part), but you do not mention this in your changelog. I am unsubscribing
ubuntu-universe-sponsors for right now. Feel free to resubscribe them
once you make the necessary changes.
