[Bug 377454] [NEW] Ugly and small icon for zsnes

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: zsnes

The current zsnes icon is extremely ugly and has a very small size as
well.

We should at least update the icon to the 64 x 64 px icon:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Zsnes_icon.png

If we can take care of licensing issues (I'm not really clear on these),
we could also try to use this icon, which is a lot larger (which makes
it look nice when using tools like Gnome Do):

either way, at the very least, we should make the current icon a larger
size, for some added polish.
