[Bug 377729] [NEW] MP3 support doesn't work in 9.04

Hello,

since the upgrade to 9.04, the support of MP3 audio in openmovieeditor
doesn't work anymore. When I try to had or play a MP3 through
openmovieeditor, I have the following error on the console :

[mp3 @ 0x9efc720]buffer smaller than AVCODEC_MAX_AUDIO_FRAME_SIZE

I try with an upgraded version of ubuntu and a fresh install too. It
worked perfectly with 8.10.
