[Bug 377454] Re: Ugly and small icon for zsnes

I contacted upstream via IRC and received some feedback for the icons:

They prefer the button colors from the super famicom:

Since the official name of the project is ZSNES, they would prefer that
the name be all capitalized.

SVG icon format preferred.

Tango compliance seen as good.

I have forwarded this feedback to the author of the deviantart icon. He
let me know that he is willing to license his work under GPL as well, so
it's looking good so far.
