[Bug 373836] Re: Torcs freeze

Quite the same for me since I upgraded to 9.04 (with 8.10 worked perfectly) on amd64 - ATI Radeon X300.
After launching torcs I start a race, I see the car on the grid, the countdown begins, I can hear the sound but after that everything hangs: no ctrl+alt+bkspace, no ctrl+alt-del, no ctrl+alt+f1 or whatever.

I simply need to power down the system...

Please ask for any information that could be useful to understand (and
close) the issue (I'm am not a super-skilled programmer)
