[Bug 378696] [NEW] --version not supported (error in manpage ?)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: watchdog

In the manpage  the option --verbose is mentioned,
but the watchdog command doesn't support --version.

The '-v' switch is supported.

Tested on intrepid and jaunty.
watchdog package versions 5.4-10 and 5.4-7
